SkinSpa ThermLED is an at-home skincare device from Therabody that combines four-wavelength LED routines with heated lymphatic massage. It reduces fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone and blemishes through targeted, 3-minute LED routines, while the heated attachment offers lymphatic massage and helps prep the skin for optimal skincare product absorption. It is available as a standalone device or can be paired with the CryoCurrent Attachment (sold separately) to add clinically proven lifting and contouring.
SkinSpa ThermLED’s 4-in-1 LED Attachment includes four distinct light wavelengths, each targeting a different skin concern. Red light (630 nm*) treats fine lines and wrinkles. Red plus infrared light (630 nm* and 830 nm* combined) delivers a deeper routine for fine lines and improves skin firmness. Blue light (415 nm*) targets blemish-prone skin. Yellow light (590 nm*) reduces visible redness and helps even skin tone. Each 3-minute routine is applied directly to the area of concern, rather than a full-face mask.

The Heat & Massage Attachment delivers warmth at three temperature settings and vibration massage at four frequencies. Heat helps prep skin to absorb skincare products more effectively, while vibration massage helps depuff and enhance radiance. Lightly gliding the attachment across the skin further supports the depuffing massage. Together, these benefits go beyond what a standalone LED device can offer.
